Things to Do

Hike Animas Mountain

A popular and iconic trail in Durango, Animas Mountain has spectacular views and the main loop is easy to follow. The loop is a lollipop heading in a counter-clockwise direction. Hike up the trail for a few hundred yards from the parking area and take a right at the first trail junction, continuing to follow the loop counter-clockwise.
