Transportation
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from Flying B Ranch for all guests. As guests finalize their accommodations, we will coordinate shuttle pick-up locations and departure times based on where everyone is staying to make transportation as seamless as possible. Final details will be shared closer to the wedding. We encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle service as parking at the ranch will be limited.
Dress Code
We invite our guests to dress in formal attire for our celebration. Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on the meadow, so we recommend selecting footwear that is comfortable for walking on grass and natural terrain.
Weather
July in Durango typically brings warm, sunny afternoons followed by cooler mountain evenings. Because temperatures may drop after sunset, we recommend bringing a light jacket, shawl, or wrap for later in the evening.
Children
While we wanted the children in our families to feel included in our celebration, please know that the wedding has been planned with adults in mind and will not include children's activities, entertainment, or special accommodations. The evening will include a formal dinner, speeches, dancing, and festivities continuing late into the night. Parents of invited children are encouraged to consider which option will allow their family to feel the most comfortable and fully enjoy the celebration. Children who attend must remain closely supervised throughout the evening.
